1 Qt Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Pkg. 8ox. Cream Cheese
1 Chocolate Graham Cracker Pie Shell
Mix: 1 1/2 C of whipping cream and 8 oz cream cheese until stiff then add the Pistachio Mix. Fill the Graham Cracker Crust refrigerate over night.
Serve with whipping cream sprinkled with chocolate shavings. Making your own Crust:

Chocolate Graham Crust with 1/2 stick of melted butter and two sleeves of crushed chocolate graham crackers pressed down
and chilled. Fill crust with pistachio mixture, chill over night.

2 Tblsp. Unwhipped whipping cream
1/3 Can Eagle Brand Milk
Mix together, after mixing place on wax paper and place in refrigerator until cool enough to roll into balls
Then roll the balls in flaked coconut.
